Our consultants are inspired by our clients. They are committed to the ITS ethos:

All ITS consultants are experienced change facilitators with a wide range of talents and capabilities. We have two consultancy roles:
Principal Consultants: typically have 10 – 30 years experience at a high-level in development and consultancy of which 5 – 20 years are with ITS. Most will have a masters degree in a relevant discipline. They have the capacity to work across many different sectors and will lead significant projects.
Senior Consultants: typically have a masters degree in a relevant discipline with 8 – 15 years experience in development and consultancy. Senior Consultants work with complex client issues to facilitating development and change processes.
In addition, most ITS consultants are either members or fellows of appropriate professional institutes or societies including Institute of Management Consultants, Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development and the Institute of Quality Assurance. Almost all ITS consultants are licensed practitioners for The Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (steps one and/or two) and some are qualified to use a range of other psychometrics, e.g. 16PF and Team Management Systems.
In addition, we have a resource team of professional Associates with a variety of experience in both public and private sectors.
Our Support Team is spread across our three offices and bring their own range of essential talents and invaluable experience to the client work that we carry out – customer liaison, project support, materials design and publication, finance and accounting, administrative support.
